Beyond capturing stunning images, this session is a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to get comfortable in front of the camera. Awesome, Excellent, Visually gorgeous....there are not enough positive words to describe the work of Ameigh Fellows Media. Not only do they produce beautiful artwork that wonderfully captures the day and event, but they also have a strong understanding of how to be effective and efficient with the photo taking process. After attending several other weddings in the past, I was impressed with Ameigh Fellows Media's ability to take charge of the family and other group photos to make that process go incredibly quick so that you have more time to actually enjoy the day. Lastly, their communication from booking to photo delivery was excellent, making it so that you felt comforted that you knew everything was going to be taken care of. They deserve all the praise possible!

We were beyond thrilled to have Ameigh Fellows Media capture our wedding! From the very start, both Katie and Cindy were easy to work with and felt like a great fit. We enjoyed doing an engagement shoot with them as it helped prepare us for what it would be like to get pictures taken on the big day. The day of our wedding, they did a wonderful job at making sure all the special moments we wanted videoed or photographed were captured, following a plan that we had created a few weeks before the wedding. We wanted a mixture of candid and posed photographs and are so happy with the final products! One of the most important things for us for our wedding was a good photographer/videographer, as a lot of family were unable to attend but wanted to experience it second hand. Ameigh Fellows Media was the best choice, and I would highly recommend them!

Katie & Cindy were so much fun to work with and I love how the photos came out. My now-husband hates getting his picture taken and I usually hate how photos of me come out, but he had a blast and I loved almost all of the photos! We have no idea how to pose for photos but they walked us through it and were also totally game for anything else we wanted to try. I'm also impressed with their editing abilities (our faces were being absolutely swarmed with gnats during most of the photos and you would never be able to tell!) and speed (I had the photobooth photos in my inbox literally before I had left the venue at the end of the night, and the rest of the photos less than two weeks later). I cannot recommend Katie and Cindy highly enough, especially for the price which was much lower than most photographers we talked to.

Common FAQs
Q: How long have you been wedding PHOTOGRAPhers?
A: We shot our first wedding together in September of 2015. Cindy worked as a second shooter with Ameigh Photography for seven years before making Ameigh Fellows Media an official partnership in 2022.
Q: How many weddings have you photographed?
A: We have now shot well over 100 weddings together and countless more portrait sessions. All of that experience gives us so much insight to pass on to you when planning your perfect day! Since our beginning, our weekends have been filled with love stories and late-night celebrations ever since we became wedding photographers 9+ years ago!
Q: Do I need a second photographer?
A: As you can tell by our packages, we believe you do. We are like a well oiled machine on wedding day and we have working together down to a science. By having a second photographer, here are some examples of additional things you are more likely to have captured: Both bridal party and groomsmen getting ready, ability to do guys/girls portraits simultaneously, the groom's reaction to the bride walking down the aisle, emotion from family in the crowd during ceremony/dances/speeches, two photographers working with couple photos to make sure hairs are in place and details aren't missed (plus it's more relaxed and fun!) faster family portrait time, and more detail shots.
Q: Do I need an engagement session?
A: That totally depends on your needs. You can use the photos for your save-the-dates, invitations, website registries, guest books, framed prints for your guest table, bar, and your house... and of course Facebook & Instagram! Plus, it's a way for you to get a little practice in front of the camera before your big day and it gives us an opportunity to get to know each other. :) We highly recommend it. And heck, it's also a really great way to add to your experience as an engaged couple. Make the most of it!
Q: What kind of equipment do you use?
A: This might start getting a bit technical, but Katie uses two mirrorless cameras: Canon r6, Mark II and a Canon r6. Her go-to lenses on wedding day are 35mm, 85mm, and a 70-200mm. Katie carries two cameras almost all times throughout your wedding day so she never has to worry about changing lenses, switching memory cards, or changing batteries. Every moment matters - and this is where the 10+ years of experience really kicks in.

We both have a variety of lighting options available when things get dark and/or the party gets started.
Q: Do you offer any albums, prints, canvases, guest books, etc?
A: Totally! But we want you feeling 1,000% comfortable and excited about the quality of your photographs before placing orders on those. That way, you only order exactly what you want, when you want, and when you know with confidence that they are going to look amazing on your walls and in your fine art heirloom albums. And all of this is done & ordered right through your online gallery!
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes, we do! Traditional payments are 25% due at the time of booking (within a week) and the final 75% is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding day. But, if you wanted to do the payment plan, I can stretch it into equal 1/3's or 1/4's if that works best for you. Just let me know what you prefer, and we will make it happen. It's that easy.
Q: what happens if you aren't able to make it to our big day?
In the super unlikely event that either of us are too ill, injured, or there's some other emergency, either Katie/Cindy should still be available to shoot. We would seek a reputable associate photographer to fill in if a second shooter is in the contract. We have a list of some we have enjoyed working with in the past. In the super duper unlikely event that Katie and Cindy are too ill, injured, or there's some other emergency we would do our very best to help find a photographer that has similar styles of photography. Ameigh Fellows Media would still handle the editing. That said, in the 9+ years We've been doing this, we have only had one replacement. You're in good hands. We promise.
Q: How do I book you for my wedding day?
A: Love that question the most! To book us for your special day, simply let us know what you want included in your custom collection: 1) Choose a Base Package, 2) Engagement session (optional), 3) Video options (optional), and 4) Photo booth (optional), and 5) any other add-ons.
